So, selling our house
has not proved to be an easy task. We’ve had terrible luck. We had a buyer under contract, and she backed out after about 25 days because she got all freaked after her inspection. Even though we fixed EVERYTHING the inspector noted, she still backed out forfeiting her deposit. Boo.
Since then, our house was put back on the market, and we’ve been trying to get an open house set...
