My friend Meagan and I cannot have a g-chat conversation without something weird like this happening. I was telling her about a friend of mine who will be having a baby girl about 3 months after my baby girl is born...and this is what happened. Things like this happen so often that we coined a term for it.

We signed papers to sell our current house yesterday! We are finally under contract with a buyer and scheduled to close on September 7th! Such a relief.
